For the avoidance of doubt, this Privacy Policy does not relate to data or information owned by you or your organization (“Content”) that you or your organization choose to upload to the Methodic Platform (“Platform”) or otherwise provide to Methodic for the performance of any requested services we offer. Our use of Content is governed by our Terms of Service or data sharing agreements signed between Methodic and the respective Content owners.

The Information We Collect and/or Receive

Contact Information

If you would like to request a demo of our products and services or download certain content that we offer through our Site, you will need to provide your name, e-mail address, job title, name of your agency/organization, and any additional information that you may choose to provide, including information about systems that you currently use. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to all contact information that you provide to us or that we otherwise obtain as set forth in this section as “Contact Information”.

 

Job Application Information

If you would like to apply for any job opportunities at Methodic, you will need to provide your name, e-mail address, phone number and resume, and you may choose to provide a cover letter, LinkedIn profile, website, and description of how you heard about Methodic, and veteran status (collectively, the “Job Application Information”).

 

Account Information

If you register for an account on the Site, we collect certain information in order to set up the account. This may include e-mail address, name, organizational affiliation, and other information related to managing and maintaining your account.

 

Other Information

In addition to the Contact Information, Job Application Information, and Account Information, we may collect additional information (the “Other Information”). Such Other Information may include:

  1. From Your Activity. In an ongoing effort to improve the Site and the services we offer, we automatically collect certain information when you visit the Site. How We Use and Share the Information

You authorize us to use your Job Application Information to determine your eligibility for the job opportunity and to contact you in connection with your job application. You authorize us to use your Contact Information to provide the requested services, including but not limited to, a demo of our products and services, newsletters, blog updates, and access to our downloadable content.

 

You authorize us to use your Contact Information, Account Information and Other Information (collectively, the “Information”) to provide and improve our Site; to solicit your feedback; and to inform you about our company, products and services.

 

You also authorize us to use and/or share your Information as described below.

 

  • Agents, Providers and Related Third Parties. We may engage other companies and individuals to perform certain business-related functions on our behalf.
